Most of this is basically true, but saying men don’t notice labels is stereotyping slightly. Rather we regard them differently to women- wearing ‘intricate’ blahniks and carrying one of those god-awful D&G-plate patent bags will be noticed, but often not in a good way- many men regard conspicuous designerism as a bad thing.

I have to admit that most of the things are true. As for me I want to see how much she cares about me. If she is really listening. One can tell if the relationship is a blessing or a mishap about to happen from certain subtle remarks, body movements. A good rump would be good but for me not on a first date. I want to know that that comes naturally with a sense of “Where were you all my life?” She must show that I matter and nobody has her mind occupied. Lastly when i open that car door and put her inside i want to see her stretch across and open mine for me. Then I know that she’s a keeper. Thank you.

I notice most of the stuff in the “What Guys Never Notice” (along with all in the “What Guys Always Notice”) section- save the slightly tighter jeans. I notice when my girlfriend gets a haircut, I notice what kind of labels she wears, and I definitely pay attention to gift wrapping.

Honestly? We don’t care how hot your dress looks. We care about how hot you look in the dress. That’s presentation, not wrapping.

You hit it on the head, especially the shoes thing. Guys don’t care! We definitely notice your assets, your aura, your cute habits – every time. I also look for sexy confidence – it’s an attitude, and has nothing to do with the clothes you wear. (Sexy clothes help. But there’s got to be more going on than that! It’s how you smile and move, and what you smile and move to…)

After a 3 hours flight to go home from our 1st date, when she called to ask how was my flight the 1st thing i said was “what perfume do you use?”

So, yes. Your smell is always in our memory. That smell of your hair after a shower, that smell of your skin in the mourning. All of them!
